Play To Your Team’s Strengths!
All Star Teams is a 2.5 hour facilitated experience that empowers teammates to collaborate sooner and better.
Designed uniquely on MURAL for optimal impact.
Experts have long encouraged people to play to their strengths. It makes good sense to build on what we like to do and are good at. A Harvard Business School study “discovered that knowing your strengths offers you a better understanding of how to deal with your weaknesses — and helps you gain the confidence you need to address them. It allows you to say, “I’m great at leading but lousy at numbers. So rather than teach me remedial math, get me a good finance partner.” Indeed, “understanding and acknowledging each person’s strengths can be a team-building exercise.” And now it is! The All Star Way
When team members better understand each other and how best to harness their diverse strengths, they naturally strive for excellence. In both how they treat each other as well as work together. In this Flow State, teamwork is optimized, as is wellbeing. Such teams achieve extraordinary things together. They are deservedly All Star Teams in the truest sense. This is the stuff of legend. It never grows old. Your team is invited to experience the All Star Way for yourselves.
“Such a quick and effective way to raise self-awareness and accelerate team trust! “I believe the All Star Teams experience will become a common best practice for any high performing, distributed team.” ”
Mark Tippin, Director, Strategic Next Practices at MURAL
“This experience shows us who we are and how to use our strengths to our advantage and how to motivate us to get out of our comfort zones and try to be better at those tasks we dislike in a positive manner. Other tools just show you who you are … but never how to use those things and work together towards a common goal. They don’t take us from good team to GREAT TEAM!”
Team Leader in Logistics Process – OPEX, Fortune 100 Company
“In all my years facilitating workshops of one month, one week, and even one day, I’ve never seen students learn about themselves or come together as quickly and enjoyably as they do with All Star Teams. This is an important new tool for college student orientation programs and for staff development too.”

Case Study: MURAL
We’ve been collaborating with the MURAL folks for the past 2 years. Piloting, iterating, and experimenting. In December 2019, MURAL introduced our prototype, called Prelude, to its own staff members around the world. They all met together in Buenos Areas. Since then our world forever changed. 2020 was quintessential Dickens. The worst of times because of the pandemic still gripping the world. The best of times because of incredible human compassion, resilience, and innovation that is emerging in response.
However it is not just the technology that places MURAL in a class of its own and a natural choice for All Star Teams. It is that MURALs leadership has placed the faculty of imagination at the center of its ethos and approach to life and work. This again is perfectly aligned with All Star Team’s experiential learning design, which valorizes “imagination” as a core team strength.
