All Star Teams is on a mission to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to co-create psychological safety and trust together using their natural imaginations amplified on and within virtual whiteboard communal spaces.
All Star Teams (AST) is a facilitated experience that empowers virtual and hybrid team members as well as their organizations. AST provides team members the opportunity to:
– Better understand each other as whole human beings
– Play to their diverse strengths
– Co-create psychological safety
AST runs on interactive digital whiteboards such as Miro, Mural, Microsoft, and Lucidspark. These are widely popular and easy to use. Therefore, AST participants don’t need to learn new software.
Participants simply focus on their facilitated experience. They are able to gain immediate benefits. This involves them using imagination, storytelling, visual expression, and co-creation. Using digital whiteboard functionalities like stencils, icons, visual aids, video, chat, etc. makes the experience highly engaging. Moreover, the digital artifacts individuals and teams create on their virtual whiteboards have ongoing use and value for further growth and development at all levels of the organization.
