All Star Teams was purpose-built to meet the unique needs of virtual teams. By engaging individuals, teams, and organizations holistically and at scale, real-time talent management has never been easier to visualize and understand. All Star Teams is designed to address today’s communications and collaboration challenges and create trusting teams sooner. As well as scale easily.
There are three parts to the All Star Teams Experience. The modular design enables facilitators to choose those parts and related exercises most relevant to their team needs.
Pre Workshop Prep – 60 minutes
All Star Teams kicks off with individual (asynchronous) exercises that provide an opportunity to assess your unique strengths and express something positive about yourself, your core values, and your idea of excellence. These exercises will provide the basis for the virtual team workshop.
Online Workshop – 2.5 hours
Team members meet online for a facilitated workshop. This involves a series of synchronous exercises designed to help teams better understand their diverse strengths and actually practice being a team.
Both parts involve reflection, dialogue, storytelling, visual thinking, and co-creation.
Note: Workshop Times will vary according to the number of team members. All Star Teams’ modular design allows for flex scheduling .
In a matter of hours, teams work better together.
Creating. Ideating. Problem solving. Collaborating. Getting the work done and generating results.
Organizational Star Constellation
All Star Teams also works at scale. An organization’s stakeholders are able to easily picture and optimize their individual and collective “star power”. We call this the organization’s “Constellation”. This enables instant search across the whole organization for particular strengths in order to build cognitively diverse or specialized teams. A team member’s individual digital “Star Card”, also pictured, makes this so easy and effective. And transparent as well as empowering. Just ask the wonderful folks at MURAL about their own experience vis a vis.
